On the Livelihood Security System Building
 The livelihood Security has become a key issue to the sustainable development of China＇s economy. Based on the three fundamental requirements of universal health care, Mr. Shen Shuguang has researched the three key questions needed to be settled in the integration process, included the generous and moderate problem, the problem of fairness and efficiency as well as the problem of the governments＇ responsibility and market mecha- nism. Mr. Yang Lixiong has studied the reform of the medical aid management system in China. Mr. Long Zhaoyang put forward a program to optimize the financial method for supporting the reform of the structural ad- justment of urban pension system in China. These studies undoubtedly are of practical significance for the de- velopment of the people＇ s livelihood security system in China.
